At Label The Muse, every bag is artisan-made with care to ensure the highest quality. Since our pieces are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask that you review our policies before making a purchase.


Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All bags are handmade and require 2-3 weeks for processing unless stated otherwise.
  • Custom orders or pre-orders may take 3-5 weeks depending on the level of customization.
  • Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • We offer standard shipping within the United States via USPS or UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on it—stay tuned!

Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days after your order is processed.
  • Custom Orders: 3-5 business days after completion.
  • Label The Muse is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with delivery, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Address Policy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
  • We are unable to reroute or make address changes once your order has been processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our bags, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in ensuring the quality of each handbag before it leaves our studio. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heygirl@labelthemuse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review your case and provide a solution, which may include a repair or replacement if necessary.

Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Due to the made-to-order process, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
  • Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.

Repairs & Care Support

  • While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
  • If you experience an issue with your bag due to a craftsmanship defect, please reach out within 30 days of delivery for evaluation.
  • General wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered under this policy.
